We’re proud to announce that Magic Billion and IndiaWorks have signed a tripartite MoU with the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Benevento, Italy representing over 150 companies across construction, plant engineering, design, and manufacturing.

This landmark partnership, launched under the initiative “Shared Horizons – Italy and India for Growth and Work,” marks our entry into the Italian market unlocking structured, long-term job opportunities for skilled Indian youth across sectors like construction, manufacturing, and services.

At Magic Billion and IndiaWorks, we are committed to transforming global talent mobility by building ethical, scalable, and skill-driven pathways for international employment.
With this agreement, we take a significant step forward in addressing Europe’s skilled labor shortage while opening doors for Indian talent to thrive abroad with dignity, structure, and long-term growth.

Let’s build a future where skill knows no borders.
