Magic Billion facilitated the placement of over 100 skilled Indian candidates in Germany as part of its Germany Cohort 2024-25.
At an event held in New Delhi, Philip Ackermann, German Ambassador to India, personally presented offer letters to the selected candidates, marking an important milestone in India-Germany skilled talent mobility.
The event highlighted the growing opportunities for Indian professionals in Germany and the strength of the relationship between the two countries - across both business and people-to-people connections.
Speaking at the event, Aditi Banerjee, Co-founder and CEO of Magic Billion and IndiaWorks, shared the organisations’ vision of enabling 10,000 skilled Indian professionals to build careers in Germany by 2030.
The German Ambassador also emphasised the strength of the Indo-German partnership and the importance of skilled talent in further strengthening economic and people-to-people ties between the two countries.
For Magic Billion, the Germany Cohort represents its continued focus on building structured, demand-driven and responsible international mobility pathways for Indian talent, connecting skilled professionals with legitimate employment opportunities in global markets.
