India, the Skill Capital of the World 🇮🇳 ➡️ 🇧🇪
In a landmark moment yesterday, Magic Billion had the honour of representing India’s private sector in front of a high-level Belgian delegation of employers and political leaders—as the sole voice from the Indian talent mobility space.
While Belgium has access to talent from countries like the Philippines and Suriname, we believe our presentation helped shift that perspective. What truly made them take notice?
👉 Our competency mapping process—where every candidate passes through 7–8 rounds of technical, linguistic, and attitudinal assessments
👉 Our employer-first, quality-first approach
👉 And most exciting of all, the first set of job offers from Belgian employers were released to Magic Billion candidates yesterday!
We were also invited to a closed-door brainstorming lunch with the Honourable Member President of Flanders, where key aspects like housing and social integration for overseas workers were discussed in depth.
We’re proud to build bridges—and futures—through trusted, ethical, and high-quality global talent mobility.
Excited to support #Belgium with the best of #India.
🙏 Thank you to Deepak Duseja for being an integral part of this journey.
