Professional Electricians
Job Description
Electrical work on construction sites forms the focus of this skilled role in Germany. As a Professional Electrician, you will install, program, and maintain electrical systems and components while following production plans, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams. The role also includes work with communication equipment and automation systems, the use of electrical measurement tools and documentation, and familiarity with manufacturer specifications and handbooks. Strong organisational and leadership skills are relevant when managing on-site teams, alongside German safety and quality standards.
Key Responisbilities:
Install and program electrical systems and components such as lighting systems, electrical engineering systems, communication equipment, and automation systems.
Follow production plans and technical drawings to install systems accurately.
Prepare workplaces by setting up the necessary tools, materials, and ensuring the supply of energy, communication, and lighting technology.
Install cable routing systems, including information and power cables, and devices such as measuring devices, control devices, and switchgear.
Perform electrical measurements and document results as required, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
Follow specifications from manufacturers and handle technical documents, including those provided in English handbooks.
Assist in documenting changes to construction plans and ensure all modifications are accurately recorded.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
2-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or
ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certification, or
Graduation in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with valid documentation.
Experience in installing and programming electrical systems, communication equipment, and automation systems.
Ability to follow production plans, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to install systems effectively.
Proficiency in using electrical measurement tools and documentation.
Familiarity with manufacturer specifications and handbooks (in English).

Experience working on construction sites, especially building installation projects.
