Job Description

Patient care is the starting point for this nursing apprenticeship in Germany. As a Nurses (Apprenticeship) candidate, you will support patients through daily care and assist medical teams. As you progress through the role, you will gradually build the clinical skills needed to grow into a confident nursing professional.

This apprenticeship enables you to:

Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply

  • Age: 18–28 years

  • Qualification: ANM or GNM qualification

  • Language: German language proficiency at B1 level (Goethe, TELC, or ÖSD certification required)

  • Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

  • Passion: A genuine interest in patient care and healthcare service

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily nursing care and assistance to patients.

  • Monitor patient health, vital signs, and overall condition.

  • Support doctors and senior nurses during medical procedures.

  • Administer medications under supervision and follow care plans accurately.

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

  • Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

  • Ensure patients are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.

  • Post-completion salary: Starting from €2,100–€2,200 per month (gross)
