Key Responsibilities
Connect with and qualify candidates based on employer requirements.
Explain international career opportunities and Magic Billion's unique value proposition.
Guide candidates throughout their recruitment journey and resolve their queries.
Conduct webinars and identify new lead generation sources.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Magic Billion's products and services to recommend suitable opportunities.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly volume and revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales or field sales (B2C/B2B consumer products or services).
Experience selling international courses, study abroad programs, or higher education is highly preferred.
Ability to speak Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada is an added advantage.
Comfortable delivering presentations to small and large audiences.
Open to working from the office and travelling when required.
Location: Noida.
